if your logo file is large (over 100K) the system will compress the file to fit. This might result in a fuzzy image. If that happens, we will let you know and you can email us the original file and we can upload it for you.
Also, occasionally and for no apparent reason, the server security system will reject an application. If that happens you can simply remove your logo and resubmit the application. You can

the logo file to us separately.
We have been experiencing problems with our service provider. Some of the applications are not being sent. Often if someone re-sends it later it comes through without any difficulty. If this happens and resending it doesn't work, please
